Anti-Human Trafficking Policy 1. Purpose and Commitment Fantasy Media Group LLC dba Tangled Group is firmly committed to preventing human trafficking in all its forms. This policy outlines our stance and the steps we take to ensure our operations, supply chains, and business relationships are free from any involvement in human trafficking or forced labor. We uphold the fundamental human right to freedom and dignity and are dedicated to operating ethically. 2. Scope and Applicability This policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, agents, suppliers, customers and third parties globally who act on our behalf or in partnership with us. It covers all our business activities, including recruitment, employment, and supply chain management. Everyone associated with us must understand and follow these principles. 3. Definition of Human Trafficking Human trafficking involves the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring, or receipt of people through force, coercion, fraud, or deception for the purpose of exploitation. This includes sexual exploitation, forced labor, slavery, servitude, or organ removal. 4. Prohibited Conduct We strictly prohibit any involvement in human trafficking or forced labor. This includes, but isn't limited to: Engaging in or supporting any form of human trafficking, forced labor, child labor, or debt bondage. Withholding or destroying identity documents (e.g., passports, visas) of workers. Imposing unreasonable recruitment fees or other charges on workers. Restricting workers' freedom of movement or communication. Using threats, intimidation, or violence against workers. Providing fraudulent information about employment terms. Failing to provide fair wages or safe working conditions. 5. Responsibilities and Reporting All individuals covered by this policy are responsible for understanding and complying with it, and for conducting due diligence to identify and reduce trafficking risks. We expect everyone to report any suspected violations of this policy or any concerns related to human trafficking. You can report to the site Administrator, or via email at report@tangledbodies.com. All reports will be handled with discretion, investigated promptly, and thoroughly. Retaliation against those who report concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited. 6. Consequences of Violation Any violation of this policy will lead to disciplinary action, potentially including immediate account deletion, termination of employment or contract. We will also cooperate fully with law enforcement where illegal activities are identified.
